1.1 Copyright & Intellectual Property
All artworks, including but not limited to original drawings, illustrations, sketches, digital images, and related content displayed on this website, are the exclusive intellectual property of Anita Dakaj, the artist, and are protected by international copyright laws.
Copyright remains with the artist at all times, unless explicitly transferred through a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
1.2 Purchase of Original Artwork
The purchase of an original artwork does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights to the buyer.
By purchasing an original artwork, the buyer acquires ownership of the physical object only. This does not include the right to:
• reproduce the artwork
• distribute copies
• resell reproductions
• use the artwork for commercial purposes
• use the artwork for branding, advertising, or merchandise
• modify, alter, or create derivative works
Any use beyond private display requires prior written permission from the artist.
1.3 Prints & Reproductions
The purchase of prints or reproductions also does not transfer copyright.
Prints are for personal use only and may not be copied, scanned, reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially in any form.
1.4 Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning Prohibition
The use of any artwork for the purposes of:
• artificial intelligence training
• machine learning
• data scraping
• image generation models
• NFTs, datasets, or similar technologies
is strictly prohibited without the artist’s explicit prior written consent.
This prohibition applies to:
• purchased artworks
• commissioned works
• digital files
• images displayed on this website or social media
1.5 Commissions
Commissioned artworks are subject to specific terms outlined in a separate commission agreement or contract.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
• the artist retains full copyright
• the client receives limited usage rights as defined in the contract
• no commercial or licensing rights are granted by default
Any rights not explicitly granted in writing remain with the artist.
1.6 Licensing & Commercial Use
Any commercial use, publication, reproduction, or licensing of artwork requires a separate written licensing agreement. Licensing terms, scope, duration, and fees are determined individually and are not included in the purchase of original artworks or commissions unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

1.7 Unauthorized Use
Any unauthorized use of the artist’s work, including but not limited to reproduction, commercial exploitation, AI usage, or redistribution, may result in:
• immediate revocation of usage rights
• invoicing for unauthorized use
• legal action where applicable
The artist reserves the right to protect their work to the fullest extent permitted by law.
1.8 Moral Rights
The artist retains all moral rights, including the right to be credited as the creator of the artwork and the right to object to derogatory or misleading uses of the work.

I respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide on this website (such as your name, email address, or shipping details) is used solely for the purpose of processing orders, shipping artworks, responding to inquiries, or sending newsletters if you choose to subscribe.
2.2 Use & Sharing of Data
Personal information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties, except where necessary to process payments, deliver orders, or manage newsletter subscriptions through trusted service providers.
2.3 Payments
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. I do not store or have access to full payment card details.
2.4 Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is used only to send occasional updates related to my work. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in the newsletter emails.
