Originals
All original artworks are final sale, because each piece is a unique creation. Returns, exchanges, and ‘’change of mind’’ refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.
Damaged Shipments:
A refund may be issued only if the artwork arrives damaged due to shipping and the customer provides clear video evidence of:
• A continuous, unedited recording of the unboxing
• The damage visible on the artwork immediately upon opening
ALWAYS record before opening the package!
This requirement exists to protect both the buyer and the artist.
Without video proof of the condition of the package before and during opening, I cannot file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier, therefore no refund can be issued.
Important Notice:
To prevent false claims, damage reported after the artwork has already been unboxed, handled, or removed from the packaging cannot be considered for refund or replacement.
I cannot accept claims based on still photos alone or on damaged items that are not shown in the original unboxing recording.
When the evidence is reviewed and approved:
• I will file a claim with the shipping carrier.
• The customer will receive either a full refund
Prints & Merchandise (T-shirts)
Because all prints and merchandise are made-to-order, returns are not accepted. Refund or replacement is possible if:
• The item arrives damaged, with video proof as described above, or
• The wrong item was sent.
If a replacement is approved, the replacement is sent at no cost to the customer and no returns of the damaged items are required.
NOTE: Please check the size chart before purchasing.
Size-related returns or exchanges cannot be accepted, because made-to-order production and international shipping costs make exchanges unfeasible for a small independent artist business.
FAQ:
Q: Why are returns currently not an option?
A: As a one-person art studio, I create original pieces and print merchandise only when an order comes in. I do not keep stock or use third-party warehouses. Because I ship internationally, accepting returns would mean:
• The buyer would pay high return shipping
• I would be charged VAT, customs, and import fees when receiving the return
• I would need to produce and ship a second product for free, which is not financially possible for a small artist business
Q: Why do I need to film the unboxing?
A: Shipping companies require video proof to accept a damage claim. Without it, I cannot recover the loss or offer a refund. Your video protects both you and me, and ensures everything stays fair.
